+The following are guidelines for the usage of labels within the awesome-selfhosted project.

+### Addition
+
+Used to identify PRs and issues which request addition of extra content, to the awesome-selfhosted project.
+
+## Discussion

+Used to identify issues in which a discussion is needed.
+
+## Duplicate
+
+Used to identify both PRs and issues which request changes involving duplicated content.
+
+## Feedback Needed

+Used to identify both PRs and issues which feedback is needed from either awesome-selfhosted collaborators or the PR/issue creator.

+## Fix
+
+Used to identify PRs and issues which request fixes to existing content.

+## Invalid

+Used to identify PRs and issues which seek to implement changes or additions which are not valid for this project. This refers to the content as opposed the formatting itself (see needs work label).
